The wine golf course

Two local excellences have joined forces to promote the Franciacorta region to those – in Italy and abroad – who love sport, nature, and fine food and wine: this, in essence, is the vision behind the “The Wine Golf Course” project.

Launched in 2009, it features a partnership between the Golf Club and the Consortium for the Protection of Franciacorta, involving some of the area’s most renowned wineries. This initiative brings to Italy a successful model already established in other premier European wine regions.

The three courses are named after the signature Franciacorta wine types: “Brut”, “Satèn”, and “Rosé”. The project allows sponsor wineries to utilize the Golf Club and Clubhouse spaces to showcase their labels and organize exclusive events and tournaments for their clients.
